1. 연구개발 추진체계

● 연구는 대학 5인 출연연구소 4인 산업계 8인의 연구진으로 구성, 상호 보완 협력하는 연구체계로 운영
● Composed of 5 persons from the universities, 4 persons from research institutes and 8 persons from the industry, the study project is operated as a mutually complementary cooperative study system.

국내외 재해 관련기관 및 각 국가의 재해 정책 분야 관련 사항 연구 수행
Conducts studies on the fields of counter-disaster policies of disaster-related institutions and countries from home and abroad.

● 대학, 출연연구소, 산업계의 각 연구진은 재해유행별 3개지역(14개국)의 재해를 2-4개의 소분류로 구분 후 종합
● The study staffs from the universities, funded research institutes and industrial circle divide disasters of 3 regions by type of disaster (14 countries) into 2 - 4 subdivisions and then integrate them into one.
● 대학, 출연연구소, 산업계의 각 연구진 내 그리고 연구진 간의 정기적인 정보 교환과 협조 체제를 구축하고 운영하며 지속적으로 연구 자료를 종합하고 상호 검토 보완
● A regular system for exchange of information between research staffs from universities, funded research institutes and industrial circle and cooperation shall be established and operated, while research data are integrated continuously, reviewed and mutually complemented.
● 국제연구지원 모니터링과 병행하여 2번에 걸친 3개지역/재해유형별 관련 14개국 초청 회담은 방재연구소와 협의하게 수행
● Conferences to be participated in by delegates from 14 countries related with 3 regions by disaster type twice shall be held in parallel with the monitoring of internationally-supported studies.
● 연구개발의 결과물 축적 상황에 따라 연간 2회 이상 전문가 자문회의를 병행
● Expert consultative conferences shall concurrently be held twice a year depending on the products of research and development thus far accumulated.
● 연구개발의 전 과정은 주관기관인 소방방재청 방재연구소와 관리기관인 한국소방기술원 재난안전기술개발 기반구축사업단과 긴밀한 협조하에 추진
● The entire process of research and development shall be implemented in a close cooperation with Firefighting and Disaster Prevention Administration as the sponsoring agency, Disaster Safety Technology Base Construction Group of Korea Firefighting Technology Institute as the managing agency. |

● 재해 유형별 14개국을 포함한 연구단 구성
● A research group by type of disasters including 14 countries shall be constituted.

● The level of Action Plan implementation perfected shall be evaluated.
