2010³â Á¦4Â÷ UN ÀçÇØ°æ°¨ ¾Æ½Ã¾Æ°¢·áȸÀÇ(AMCDRR;Asian Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction)¿¡¼­´Â ¼¼°è ÃÖÃÊ·Î ¾Æ½Ã¾ÆÁö¿ªÀÇ ±âÈĺ¯È­´ëÀÀ°ú ¹æÀç½Çõ°èȹÀ» ÇÕÀÇÇÏ¿´°í HFA ¼öÇàÀ» À§ÇÑ ±¸Ã¼ÀûÀÎ ¾Æ½Ã¾Æ ±¹°£°£ÀÇ ÀçÇØ °æ°¨ Action PlanÀ» Á¦½ÃÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, 2010³â Á¦4Â÷ AMCDRR¿¡¼­ äÅÃµÈ °á°ú¹°ÀÇ ±â¼úÀû ÀÌÇà°ú ½Ç¹«Àû ÈļÓÁ¶Ä¡°¡ ÇÊ¿ä·Î ÇÏ°Ô µÇ¾ú´Ù.
 
The 4th UN-sponsored Asian Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (AMCDRR) held in 2010 agreed to cope with climate changes in the Asian region and reached a consensus on action plans for disaster reduction for the first time world wide, proposed an action plan between nations in Asia for disaster reduction. This made it necessary to technically carry out results adopted at the 4th AMCDRR in 2010 and working-level follow-up measures.
 
º» ¿¬±¸´Â 2010³â 53°³±¹ 922¿©¸íÀÌ Âü°¡ÇÑ Á¦4Â÷ AMCDRR¿¡¼­ äÅÃµÈ Action PlanÀ» Æ÷ÇÔÇÑ °á°ú¹°ÀÇ ±â¼úÀû ÀÌÇà°ú ½Ç¹«Àû ÈļÓÁ¶Ä¡ ½ÇÇàÀÇ ¿Ï¼ºµµ¸¦ ÃÖ´ëÇÑ ³ôÀÌ´Â ÁßÀå±â ¿¬±¸°úÁ¦ °³¹ßÀ» Áß¿ä ¿¬±¸ ¸ñÇ¥·Î ÇÑ´Ù.
 
This study proposes to develop mid to long term study projects that will lift to the maximum the level of technical implementation of the results including the Action Plan adopted at the 4th AMCDRR held in 2010 with an attendance of 922 persons from 53 countries and the level of implementation of working-level follow-up measures perfected.
 
¶ÇÇÑ ¹æÀç±â¼ú ¿ä±¸Áö¿ª ¹× ±¹°¡¿¡ ´ëÇÑ È¿°úÀûÀÎ ±â¼úÁö¿ø ¹æ¾È °³¹ßÀ» À§ÇÑ ÁßÀå±â ¿¬±¸°úÁ¦ °³¹ßÀ» ÅëÇØ ¾Æ½Ã¾Æ ±¹°£ °£ ÀçÇØ ¹æÁö¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ±¹Á¦Çù·Â ÁõÁøÇÏ°í, ¾Æ½Ã¾Æ ÀçÇØ ¹æÁö¿¡ ÀÖ¾î ´ëÇѹα¹ÀÇ ÁÖµµÀû ¿ªÇÒÀ» °­È­ÇÏ°í ±¹³» ¹æÀç ±â¼úÀÇ ÇØ¿Ü ÁøÃâ È®ÀåÀ» ¸ñÇ¥·Î ÇÏ°í ÀÖÀ¸¸ç, ±¹³»¿¡¼­ ¾ÕÀ¸·Î ¹ß»ýÇÒ ±âÈĺ¯È­ °ü·Ã ÀçÇØ(°¡´ÉÇÏ¸é ±¹³»¿¡¼­ °¡´É¼ºÀÌ ³ô¾ÆÁö°í ÀÖ´Â È­»ê°ú ÁöÁø Æ÷ÇÔ) ¹æÁö¸¦ À§ÇÑ ÁßÀå±â ¿¬±¸°úÁ¦ ¹ß±¼À» ¿¬±¸ ¸ñÇ¥ÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ ±¹Á¦ facilitator(WB GFDRR)°¡ ÁÖ°üÇÏ´Â 3°³ Áö¿ª/ÀçÇظ¦ °¨¾ÈÇÑ ±¹Á¦Çù·Â¿¬±¸»ç¾÷À» ¸ð´ÏÅ͸µÇÏ°í È®´ë ¹æ¾È Á¦½Ã¸¦ ¿¬±¸ ¸ñÇ¥·Î ÇÑ´Ù.
 
At the same time, the study aims to promote international cooperation for disaster prevention between nations by developing mid to long term study projects for effective measures of technological support for the region and countries requesting disaster prevention technology, strengthen Korea¡¯s initiative roles in preventing disasters throughout Asia, and expand domestic disaster prevention technology abroad, while at the same time aiming to exploring mid to long tem study projects for disaster prevention associated with climate changes that may come up in the days ahead (including, if possible, volcano eruptions and earthquakes now being increasingly worried about domestically.) In addition, the study aims to monitor international collaborative study projects, taking into account the 3 regions vulnerable to disasters sponsored by the international facilitator (WB GFDRR) and come up with measures of expanding those projects.
